Here’s what you need to know about returns, refunds, and how we handle order issues at GenericRxOnline. We want to be upfront about the process, so there are no surprises later.

We sell medicine. Because of this, returns and refunds work a little differently here than with regular products.
Once medicine leaves our hands, we can’t just take it back and resell it. It’s about safety, storage and following the rules.
Still, sometimes things go wrong and when that happens, we look at each situation individually and try to always be fair.
When you can’t return an order
We can’t accept returns if:
– Your order was delivered successfully
– You change your mind after we confirm your order
– You ordered the wrong item
– You decide you don’t need the medicine anymore
– The package is opened or used
This isn’t about being harsh — it’s about keeping everyone safe.
When we can help
We do provide support if:
– Your order isn’t delivered within a reasonable time
– The package is lost while shipping
– The package arrives damaged
– You get the wrong product because of our mistake
We’ll review the situation and let you know what’s possible.
Refunds
Refunds aren’t automatic. We look into every request carefully.
We only consider refunds after:
– We review the issue
– You provide any details or proof we might need
– Your case fits our support guidelines
If we approve a refund, we’ll use the same payment method you used to place your order (whenever possible).
Reshipments
If a problem arises with your order, we’ll usually try to reship your items instead of issuing a refund.
For example:
If your package is lost, doesn’t arrive or gets damaged, we’ll send a replacement after we check what happened.
Shipping delays and customs
International shipping sometimes runs into customs checks and local rules. Delays from customs or your local postal service are out of our hands.
We don’t offer refunds just for delays caused by customs, unless your package is officially declared lost.
Wrong address
You’re responsible for giving us the correct and complete delivery address.
If there’s a delay, loss or return because of an incorrect or incomplete address you gave us, we cannot offer a refund.

We do our best to handle every issue fairly, but not all situations qualify for a refund or return.
When you order from us, you’re agreeing that medicines are sensitive products and that international shipping sometimes comes with hiccups beyond our control.
