If you get in touch before we process or get your order ready to ship, we’ll try to cancel it. The faster you contact us, the better your chances.

Once we start preparing or dispatching your order, cancellation usually isn’t possible.

When cancellation isn’t possible

You can’t cancel if:

Your order’s already processed.

We’ve started preparing it for dispatch.

It’s already shipped.

You asked to cancel after dispatch.

That’s because medicines can’t go back into stock or be reused once they’re in the fulfillment process.

Why we limit cancellations

Refunds for cancellations

Refunds aren’t automatic—they happen after we confirm your cancellation.

Order mistakes or changes
